Job summary

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client’s home, school, or community per BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to monitor progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team in supervision meetings and training.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
