Up and Up ABA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA services across New Mexico. You will work directly with children with autism, implementing skill acquisition programs under supervision of a BCBA, and support families with compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year of experience with individuals with special needs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services in both individual and group settings.
• Implement skill acquisition programs using ABA and Verbal Behavior Analysis techniques.
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain client confidentiality and respectful interactions at all times.
• Stay current professionally through workshops, publications, and networking.
• Ensure client safety and well-being during sessions and in emergencies.
