Job summary

Lasting Behavioral Solutions in Carlsbad, CA is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, helping children build communication, social, and adaptive skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or currently enrolled in college.
• Experience working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Reliable transportation.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with your supervising BCBA to refine intervention strategies.
• Create and maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with families to ensure consistency and progress.
• Follow ethical standards and comply with all relevant regulations.
