Job summary

Minnewaska Community Health Services is seeking an Assisted Living Nurse (RN) to ensure resident health and safety through clinical staff under supervision. The role requires Minnesota RN licensure, current knowledge of long-term care regulations, and ability to use electronic health records and communicate clearly with residents, families and staff.

Full-time position with on-call rotation, evening/weekend coverage, and a benefits package including health, dental and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Must be registered and licensed RN in Minnesota.
• Excellent patient care and documentation skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents have up-to-date care and service plans under CNS direction.
• Monitor charts and communicate changes to physicians and staff.
• Coordinate resident services with other providers within service limits.
• Oversee medication management and timely physician orders.
• Attend staff meetings and training; support team as needed.
