Job summary

Wildwood Recovery Center is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end admissions process for residential treatment. You will greet clients, conduct screenings, gather documentation, verify eligibility, and coordinate intake appointments with a focus on compassionate, compliant service.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with EHR systems, and the ability to collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition into the program.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in intake, admissions, or administrative roles in behavioral health is preferred.
• Familiarity with outpatient treatment programs and HIPAA compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Admissions & Intake Coordination: serve as the initial contact, gather information, schedule intake assessments, collect documents.
• Documentation & Regulatory Compliance: enter data into EHR, manage ROI forms, ensure privacy and payer requirements.
• Client Communication & Customer Service: inform prospective clients and families, provide compassionate, trauma-informed support, explain next steps.
• Collaboration & Care Coordination: work with clinical teams, assign clients to programs, share updates and participate in QA initiatives.
