Responsibilities

• Prepare for and implement daily activities for groups and individuals.
• Keep daily attendance and participation records for residents.
• Identify and introduce new activities; assess resident behavior during activities.
• Maintain enthusiasm and encourage participation per care plan.
• Adhere to Snyder Village mission and values and protect resident confidentiality.
