Job summary

DV Therapy Learning Center is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor in Palmdale, CA to lead ABA treatment programs and mentor clinical staff.

You’ll oversee assessments, data analysis, and treatment adjustments while collaborating with families to ensure compassionate care. This is a full-time leadership role with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA services.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Oversee and train clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback and support.
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with caregivers to teach behavior intervention techniques.
• Monitor documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
• Assist with scheduling, billing, and documentation processes.
• Manages RBTs, Program managers, and other clinical staff.
