Job summary

DV Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Technician to join our multidisciplinary team in Los Angeles. You will implement ABA treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA and Programs Manager while working directly with children with special needs to promote communication and adaptive skills.

This role emphasizes data collection, documentation, and collaboration with clinical staff. A high school diploma, CPR, TB test, and RBT or ABA experience are preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• CPR certification and TB test required.
• ABA experience preferred; RBT certification is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Implement skill-building programs and behavior intervention plans.
