DV Therapy Learning Center in Los Angeles seeks an ABA Program Manager to design and oversee ABA treatment programs. You will collaborate with a supervising BCBA to develop skill-building plans, behavior interventions, and provide hands-on training to staff and families.

The role emphasizes data-driven progress, documentation, and ongoing professional development in a multidisciplinary clinic setting. A Master’s in ABA and 2+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with developmental disabilities or behavioral health.
• Proven ABA program development experience for children with autism.
• Strong communication and parent-training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and refine individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze client data.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes.
• Train and supervise interventionists and paraprofessionals in ABA techniques.
• Provide coaching and consultation to parents and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and submit timely reports.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Promote DV Therapy’s core values in daily practice.
