Job summary

DV Therapy provides ABA, OT, and Speech services in Southern California. We’re seeking a dedicated BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead ABA treatment programs, mentor clinical staff, and collaborate with families to ensure compassionate, effective care.

You will design and supervise individualized plans, conduct assessments, analyze data, and support staff development while upholding DV Therapy’s Core Values: Respect, Drive, Flexibility, Proficiency, Empathy, Communication, Tenacity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA services
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you’ll oversee ABA treatment programs, mentor clinical staff, and collaborate with families to ensure effective, compassionate care. • Collaborate with caregivers to teach behavior intervention techniques

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff
• Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development
• Assist with scheduling, billing, and documentation processes
• Manage RBTs, Program Managers, and clinical staff
• Will oversee multiple clinics on site.
