Kelton Company, a clinically owned and operated ABA provider in Poway, California, seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team.

You will deliver direct one-to-one ABA services under BCBA supervision in home, school, and community settings, implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Poway, California

Kelton Company is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Poway, California. This is an opportunity to work with a clinically owned and clinically operated ABA company that values quality care, strong clinical guidance, and meaningful relationships with clients and staff.

As an RBT, you will provide direct one-to-one ABA services to children and adolescents in home, school, and/or community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect accurate session data, support skill acquisition programs, and use behavior intervention strategies with consistency and professionalism.

Because we are a small team, each staff member plays an important role in the success of our clients and our organization. We are looking for someone who is collaborative, communicative, and invested in providing high-quality ABA services in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients according to individualized treatment plans
