Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable Caregivers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes, promoting independence and skill-building. You will help with daily activities, encourage participation in community activities, and work closely with recipients to meet personal goals.

Flexible schedules, paid training, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process are offered to help you start quickly as part of a caring team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable traits are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
