ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and you will bring clients into the community to grow and strengthen personal goals outside the home.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable qualities are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for caregiver roles.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans is needed.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Must have reliable transportation to assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one care in clients' homes, supporting, encouraging and assisting with skill-building activities.
• Assist recipients with daily living activities and community participation to support personal goals.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure consistent, quality care.
