Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with our Recipients in their homes. You will support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities, helping clients grow toward personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available in the Southeast Michigan community. We offer paid training, flexible scheduling and weekly pay through a virtual interview process. Join us to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Able to pass background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage and help with skill-building activities.
• Accompany recipients into the community to support personal goals.
