Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate part-time caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes. You will support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities and help bring clients into the community to grow personal goals outside of their home.

Positions include full- and part-time opportunities with flexible schedules and weekly pay, plus benefits opportunities and a virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care for clients.
• Support skill-building activities and community participation.
• Assist with daily living tasks as needed and according to care plans.
