Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan seeks reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, providing support, encouragement, and skill-building activities. You will also accompany clients into the community to help grow personal goals outside the home.

Full- and part-time positions are available across Southeast Michigan. We offer paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process with benefit opportunities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care to recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities.
• Assist clients with community outings to reach personal goals beyond the home.
• Contribute to a caring and safe home environment.
• Collaborate with families and Caregivers to implement care plans.
