Job summary

Compass by Margaritaville Key West – Kitchen Manager, a role with Aimbridge Hospitality, is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the daily kitchen operations, menu execution, and catering events at a high-volume Key West site.

The Kitchen Manager will lead staff, manage budgets, ensure safety and compliance, and partner with culinary and service teams to deliver memorable dining experiences for guests and events.

Qualifications

• Associate or culinary degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years kitchen management in high-volume settings.
• Experience with catering and event food preparation desirable.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen's daily operations aligned with goals.
• Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
• Balance budgets and manage costs to keep the kitchen viable.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:
This Key West Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott hotel offers a large outdoor pool with poolside cabanas, a daily hot breakfast, and free WiFi. Guests will be 5 minutes' drive from historic Old Town Key West and 2 mi from Duval Street. A flat-screen cable TV, microwave, and small refrigerator are featured in all rooms.
