We are hiring CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for our Midwest regional routes, offering steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time. The role provides an average annual income of $72,000 - $83,000.

Benefits include:

• Average annual pay of $72,000 - $83,000, with weekly pay of $1,500 plus accessorials
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

Driver Referral Program:

• Referral pay increased to $5,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025)

Orientation Details:

• Paid in the first 180 days: $10,000 total, broken down as Week 1: $1,500, Week 2: $1,200, 120 Days: $2,300, 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience, including 6 months of flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not mandatory
