New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase! (Valid from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)

Benefits:

• Pay: $72,000 - $83,000 annually, $1,500/week plus accessorials
• Orientation Pay: Increased to $10,000, paid within the first 180 days
• Orientation Details: Rental car or plane ticket depending on domicile, single rooms, meals provided

Driver Referral Pay:

• Week 2: $1,200
• Within 120 days: $2,300
• Within 180 days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience, with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus
