Benefits

• Orientation Pay: Increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days.

• Week 1: $1,500; Week 2: $1,200; 120 Days: $2,300; 180 Days: $5,000.

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience.
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No DUI in the past 10 years.
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required.
