New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase! (Valid from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)

Benefits for CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers:

• Average annual pay: $72,000 - $83,000
• $1,500 weekly + accessorials
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000, paid within the first 180 days

Driver Referral Pay:

• Increased to $5,000 total, with milestones of $1,000 after first load, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,500 after 120 days, and $1,500 after 180 days

Orientation Pay Breakdown:

• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• Within 120 Days: $2,300
• Within 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• No DUI in last 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
