2. Orientation & Driver Referral Pay Increase (Effective 5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025):
   • Orientation pay increased to $10,000, paid within the first 180 days
   • Driver referral pay increased to $5,000, with milestones at $1,000, $1,000, $1,500, and $1,500
