Driver Referral Pay

• Increased to $5,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025)
• Pay milestones: $1,000 at first load, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,500 after 120 days, and $1,500 after 180 days

Orientation Pay Breakdown

• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• Up to 120 days: $2,300
• Up to 180 days: $5,000

Requirements

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months flatbed experience

• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
