Benefits include:

1. Pay: $72,000 - $83,000 annually, $1,500/week plus accessorials.
2. Orientation Pay: Increased to $10,000 (from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days.

Driver Referral Pay:

1. Increased to $5,000 (from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025).
2. Payment milestones: $1,000 for first load, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,500 after 120 days, $1,500 after 180 days.

Orientation Pay Breakdown:

1. Week 1: $1,500
2. Week 2: $1,200
3. Within 120 days: $2,300
4. Within 180 days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months of flatbed experience.
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No DUI in the past 10 years.
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required.
