Job Title: Company Driver - Regional Routes at Montgomery Transport

Join our team as a Company Driver - Regional Routes at Montgomery Transport. We offer steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time on our Midwest regional routes, with an average annual salary of $72,000 - $83,000.

• Weekly pay: $1,500 plus accessorials
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

Driver Referral Program:

Orientation Details:

• Paid orientation with increased pay: $10,000 total
• Weekly breakdown: Week 1: $1,500, Week 2: $1,200, 120 Days: $2,300, 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months of flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
