Benefits

• Pay: $72,000 - $83,000 annually, $1,500/week plus accessorials
• Orientation Pay: Increased to $10,000, paid in the first 180 days; includes rental car or plane ticket, single rooms, and provided meals
• Home Time: Every weekend

Driver Referral Pay

• Increased to $5,000 total, with milestones at $1,000, $1,000, $1,500, and $1,500 over specified periods

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
