• Increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025), paid in the first 180 days

Orientation Pay Details

• Paid over the first 180 days with weekly breakdowns:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• 120 Days: $2,300
• 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months on flatbed
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
