With our Midwest regional routes, Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time, averaging $72,000 - $83,000 per year!

We are also offering a New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025.

• Average annual pay: $72,000 - $83,000
• $1,500 per week plus accessorials
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (paid within the first 180 days)

Driver Referral Pay:

Orientation Pay Details:

• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• At 120 days: $2,300
• At 180 days: $5,000

Requirements for CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months of flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
