Join our team as a Company Driver - Regional Routes at Montgomery Transport. We offer Midwest regional routes with steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time, with an average annual pay of $72,000 - $83,000.

• Average annual pay of $72,000 - $83,000, with weekly earnings of $1,500 plus accessorials
• Increased orientation pay of $10,000 (from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

Driver Referral Program:

• Paid in four installments: $1,500 in week 1, $1,200 in week 2, $2,300 at 120 days, and $5,000 at 180 days

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience, with at least 6 months on flatbed
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, but not required
