Job summary

African American Talent is seeking a Territory Manager for the Raleigh, NC area to drive Animal Health product sales and build strong customer relationships. The role focuses on understanding clinic, shelter, and corporate accounts, and delivering value through technical education and solutions.

You will work with field teams to execute territory plans, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for growth while representing our science-driven approach and commitment to healthier animals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0–3 years in sales, or high school with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer strategy and accounts to drive sales growth of Animal Health products.
• Meet with decision makers to identify business opportunities.
• Create territory plans with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
• Analyze monthly sales results and manage expenses within budget guidelines.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop offerings addressing customer needs.
