Job summary

Perfect Fit Home Care is hiring as an in-home caregiver to support clients in Claremore, Owasso, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby, Sand Springs, Skiatook and surrounding communities.

You will work one‑on‑one in clients' homes, providing companionship, personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping, with scheduling that fits your availability.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Professional communication and a caring attitude.
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required; training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Provide companionship and social interaction
• Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer medication reminders as directed
• Help with daily routines and encourage independence
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the office

In-Home Caregiver – Flexible Scheduling Available

Perfect Fit Home Care is expanding our team and is looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to provide non-medical in-home care throughout Claremore, Owasso, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby, Sand Springs, Skiatook, and surrounding communities. Whether you're looking for daytime, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts, we have a variety of schedules available. We make every effort to place caregivers with clients in or near their preferred service area.

Pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Position Overview
