Job summary

Perfect Fit Home Care is expanding our team to provide compassionate, dependable in-home non-medical care across Claremore, Owasso, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby, Sand Springs, Skiatook and surrounding communities.

We offer flexible scheduling with daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Pay ranges from $14.00–$16.00 per hour depending on experience, with opportunities for full-time and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
• Professional communication and a caring attitude.
• Caregiving experience is helpful but not required; training available.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Offer medication reminders as directed.
• Help with daily routines and encourage independence.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition to the office.
• Follow each client’s individualized care plan.
