Job summary

Perfect Fit Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes. We have day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts throughout Claremore, Owasso, Broken Arrow, Bixby, Jenks, Sand Springs, Skiatook, and surrounding communities.

Compensation is $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience and availability. We offer flexible scheduling, both full-time and part-time positions, ongoing client assignments, hometown assignments where possible,

Qualifications

• CNA certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience in home care, assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare setting.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently while following an individualized care plan.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Helping clients with walking, transfers, and repositioning as needed.
• Observing and reporting changes in a client’s physical or mental condition.
• Providing medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Preparing meals and assisting with light household tasks.
• Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement.
• Documenting care provided and communicating with the office when concerns arise.

Daily Responsibilities
