Job summary

Perfect Fit Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care. Join a team that offers flexible day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts throughout Claremore, Owasso, Broken Arrow, Bixby, Jenks, Sand Springs, Skiatook and nearby communities.

We offer competitive pay of $15.00–$18.00 per hour based on experience and availability, plus benefits and retirement options. You’ll work closely with clients to maintain independence and quality of life in their homes.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is desirable.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support walking, transfers, and repositioning as needed.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition.
• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.

Perfect Fit Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes. We have openings for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts throughout Claremore, Owasso, Broken Arrow, Bixby, Jenks, Sand Springs, Skiatook, and surrounding communities.
Compensation: $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience and availability.

Daily Responsibilities
Responsibilities
As a Patient Care Assistant, you\'ll help clients maintain their independence while receiving compassionate care in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Helping clients with walking, transfers, and repositioning as needed
• Observing and reporting changes in a client\'s physical or mental condition
• Providing medication reminders according to the care plan
• Preparing meals and assisting with light household tasks
• Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement
• Documenting care provided and communicating with the office when concerns arise

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications Include
