Job summary

Freedom Pointe at The Villages in The Villages, FL is seeking compassionate Private Duty Caregivers, Companions, and CNAs to provide comfort, dignity, and joyful companionship to our residents in both campus and home settings.

This per diem role offers flexible hours, on‑the‑job training, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while supporting daily activities, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation. DailyPay available; CPR certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• CPR certification current or upon hire.
• Ability to read and follow care instructions and document services provided accurately.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assistance with daily activities for residents.
• Assist with errands, shopping, light housekeeping (laundry, tidying).
• Support transportation and home organization as needed.
• Care for residents with compassion, dignity, and respect.
• Document services provided accurately as per care plan.

Pay Rate: Companion: Starting at $14.00/hr

We're looking for compassionate, dependable Private Duty Caregivers, Companions & CNA's who are ready to bring comfort, dignity, and joy to the lives of seniors. Whether you're helping with daily activities, offering companionship, or simply sharing a smile, your presence matters.

This is a Private Duty - Companion position. Some clients are on campus, and some are off campus in their homes.
