Job summary

Freedom Pointe at The Villages is seeking compassionate Private Duty Caregivers, Companions and CNAs to provide daily support for our residents at 1550 El Camino Real, The Villages, FL 32159. This per-diem role offers flexible hours and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, companionship, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and home organization. We offer DailyPay, AHCA background checks, and a welcoming, respectful workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training available.
• Ability to read and follow care instructions and document services provided accurately.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful toward residents.
• CPR Certification current or upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities and provide companionship.
• Offer light housekeeping (laundry, tidying) and errands.
• Provide transportation and home organization support.
• Engage residents with friendly interaction and mobility assistance.
• Pet care and other diverse tasks as needed.
