Job summary

ClearLand Ohio, LLC seeks a Compact Track Loader Operator with a Class A CDL to join our Central Ohio crew. This full-time role requires operating CAT compact track loaders and related heavy equipment at client sites, performing pre/post inspections, and following project plans and safety standards.

You will transport equipment, load/unload on trailers, coordinate with teammates, and complete required job documentation.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with E or No Restriction and clean driving record required.
• Proficiency operating CAT compact track loaders and similar heavy equipment; basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ability to work safely outdoors, follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management; able to follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting and navigating uneven terrain.

Responsibilities

• Operate compact track loader and related heavy equipment at client sites.
• Transport equipment to job sites, perform routine inspections and basic maintenance.
• Follow project plans and safety standards; load/unload equipment and document job activities.
