Job summary

ClearLand Ohio, LLC seeks a reliable Compact Track Loader Operator with a Class A CDL to join our field team across Central Ohio. You will operate CAT loaders and related heavy equipment to clear brush, reclaim overgrown properties, and support site safety and planning.

Daily duties include transporting equipment to sites, performing basic maintenance, documenting work, and coordinating with teammates and supervisors outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Proficiency operating CAT compact track loaders and similar heavy equipment.
• Ability to work safely outdoors and follow PPE safety protocols.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and uneven terrain.
• Prior land clearing/construction/landscaping experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn company processes and equipment operation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Transport equipment to job sites using company vehicles.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Follow site layouts and operate machinery safely around structures/utilities.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and coordinate with team members.
• Complete required documentation related to jobs, safety, and equipment use.
