Job summary

ClearLand Ohio, LLC is seeking a full-time Compact Track Loader Operator with a Class A CDL to service client sites across Central Ohio. The role requires safely operating CAT compact track loaders and related heavy equipment, transporting gear, and following project plans and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record and experience operating commercial vehicles.
• Proficiency with CAT compact track loaders and related heavy equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors, follow safety protocols, and use PPE.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management.
• Physically capable of lifting and working on uneven terrain for extended periods.
• Land clearing or construction background preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial; willingness to learn company processes and equipment operation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate a compact track loader and heavy equipment per project plans and safety standards.
• Transport equipment to job sites using company vehicles.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Complete required documentation related to jobs, safety, and equipment use.
