Bethel University seeks a Commuter Life Assistant in Saint Paul to support commuter and PSEO students. This role blends event planning, outreach, and on-site operations to foster belonging and engagement in the Underground space.

You will plan and execute small events, connect with students weekly, manage space logistics, and help promote programs through texts and social posts. The position requires 5–7 hours weekly and current Bethel student status.

Formación

• Must be a current Bethel student with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Work approximately 5-7 hours per week.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning, promoting, and executing commuter events.
• Intentionally connect with 3–5 commuters weekly; track engagement.
• Maintain coffee supplies and inventory; restock as needed.
• Manage snack and beverage inventory for events.
• Oversee games and recreation areas; coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Handle opening and closing duties for the Underground space.
• Support weekly communications and promotional content for events.
