• Connecting job seekers to available positions in the community; connecting customers to Missouri Job Center and public workforce development system services.
• Engaging local businesses to identify hiring and training needs, and promoting Job Center services to them; attending hiring and community events to promote Job Center services.
• Working in the job center, conducting outreach to job seekers, employers and community partners.
