Job summary

The State of Missouri is seeking a dedicated professional to join our Department committed to teamwork and collaboration, helping to develop the workforce of the future. This role supports Job Center services, outreach to job seekers and employers, and coordination with partners to provide comprehensive re-employment programs.

Successful applicants will complete an apprenticeship program and may travel up to 10% to service counties.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Missouri driver’s license.
• Beneficial education and/or work-related experience in business, personnel, public administration or related area.

Responsibilities

• Promote Job Center services to customers based on needs and eligibility.
• Conduct regional outreach to locate job seekers and employers.
• Coordinate with partners to provide comprehensive services.
• Provide program-specific services such as Trade Act, UI, RESEA and other re-employment programs.
• Accept and record job orders from employers.
• Pre-screen applicants and refer to employers.
