Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in lifestyle programming, community management, hospitality, or event management.
• Experience working in active adult or HOA community environments strongly preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive lifestyle and wellness calendar.
• Plan and execute social, recreational, educational, and wellness programs.
• Supervise and develop lifestyle and amenities staff.
• Prepare and manage the annual lifestyle and activities budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and community policies.
