Job summary

SEARHC seeks a data analytics professional to oversee data collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboards for Community Wellness and WISEWOMAN programs. You will partner across departments to ensure data accuracy, support grant requirements, and enhance patient access to care.

The role requires experience with healthcare data, complex reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data analytics or related field.
• Grant experience preferred.
• Four+ years of data analysis and reporting in healthcare revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and submission of required data reports to CDC, HHS, NIH, IHS, HRSA and senior management.
• Lead analyses of clinical, quality, and service data to support operations and strategy.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and ad-hoc reporting.
• Collaborate with CDC, ANTHC, and state partners to improve data reporting.
• Train and mentor junior Data & Analytics team members.
