• Provide friendly, courteous service to donors and customers; engage in small talk and eye contact.
• Familiarity with Blue Ridge Care service area to provide accurate directions.
• Operate a 16ft box truck; ensure safe vehicle handling.
• Perform minor repairs on furniture and items as needed.
• Manage and maintain pickup schedules and records; verify receipts for pickups, deliveries, donations, and fuel.
• Operate a baler, store seasonal merchandise for thrift shops.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and comply with driving regulations.
