Responsibilities

• Load and unload donated items into the pickup vehicle safely.
• Ensure items are handled with care and securely packed.
• Maintain a clean and organized pickup vehicle and report safety concerns.
• Accurately record donation details including descriptions and donor information.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the organization positively.
• Follow health and safety protocols when handling potentially hazardous items.
• Efficiently unload donated items upon returning to the store and assist sorting.
• Stay informed about the organization’s mission and goals.
• Attend training sessions to improve procedures and policies.
