Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation seeks a full-time Bus/Van Driver to provide reliable transportation for members and staff in Arizona. You will operate vans and buses on assigned routes, ensure safety, and maintain schedules with the dispatcher.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, are 21+, pass background checks, and can obtain AZ DPS fingerprint clearance. Bilingual Spanish preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives vans/buses safely and efficiently per AZ/state laws.
• Maintains designated routes and schedules with dispatcher coordination.
• Performs daily vehicle checks for safety and readiness.
• Reports safety issues to supervisor or mechanics as needed.
• Greets passengers and assists members, including securing wheelchairs.
• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles and supports maintenance schedules.
