WORK Inc. in Weymouth is seeking a Community Training Specialist (CTS-Direct Care) to support adults with disabilities in their own homes and residential programs. The role focuses on promoting independence and quality of life through person-centered care and teamwork with families and providers.

Full-time and part-time positions include day, evening, and overnight shifts. Applicants must be fluent in American Sign Language, 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Salary: $22.00 per hour

WORK Inc., one of New England’s most progressive providers of services to adults with disabilities, is seeking applications for Direct Care positions in one of our residential programs serving individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing. We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and life experience. We are seeking a full‑time and a part‑time Community Training Specialist (CTS) who will support individuals served in their own home by promoting independence, while empowering and enhancing their quality of life.
