Job summary

WORK Inc. is seeking a Community Training Specialist (CTS-Direct Care) in relief for our Weymouth, MA residential program. You will support individuals served by promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Minimum requirements: fluent American Sign Language (ASL), must be 18+, valid driver's license, and a high school diploma. Per diem, travel up to 25%, hourly salary $19.00–$20.00.

Qualifications

• Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• High School diploma.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with completing hygiene, development of independence, responsibility and self-worth
• Preparing and implementing program goals, individuals’ service plans, treatment plans, etc.
• Developing positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians and service providers
• Assisting clients to obtain appropriate healthcare services and promoting healthy lifestyle choices
