Job summary

AmeriCorps Harbor Navigators Baltimore seeks Digital Navigators to assist community members with basic device use, online applications, and digital form completion. You will tutor individuals and lead small groups, guiding rather than doing tasks for clients.

Program areas include community development, education, and technology access. Part-time engagement and stipends are provided to enable ongoing training and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in counseling or education settings preferred.
• Ability to explain technology concepts to diverse audiences.
• Comfort with public speaking and tutoring in group settings.

Responsibilities

• Initiate client interactions and assess technology access and skills.
• Plan and manage personalized Digital Navigator support goals.
• Visit community sites to deliver services and lead small-group sessions.
